They eventually found me, and they were scared of me. They stayed away, kept their distance, and merely watched. They came closer after a while. I could hear talk about the ship, talk of who had taken it and why. They argued about me, their children tugged at me and poked at me.
Only when I had fallen asleep did someone pick me up. Carried me to a small shack that was still warm from the sun. I began to feel pain for the first time as changes came faster and pieces of me started falling off. It was a family that had taken me in. They fed me and tended to me. Wrapped me up in blankets and forced food down my throat when I couldn't chew.
I was so MAD at him the entire movie until the end. I mean, I hadn`t forgiven him for being a big old douche durring the evictions or leaving the Alien to die, but I did feel bad for his wife and I did feel a little proud of him for saving the one with the ship.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
